• Design & feasibility: working with you and your architect / interior designer to make sure the project fits your site, the general scope with a conversation about expectations. We will also start talking about the budget.

Budgets aren’t always straightforward, and this stage lays the groundwork for everything that follows. We take the time to get this stage right. Talking openly, setting boundaries, and making sure everyone understands what’s included. Clear communication here makes the whole build smoother down the line.

• Itemised quotes: line-by-line breakdowns so everything’s upfront.

• Contract options: fixed-price contracts for certainty, or cost-plus agreements for flexibility, depending on what suits your project best.
